It's time to let everyone know about the housing market in Pleasant View, 44 Ranch, Ranch Club, Grant Creek, El-Mar Estates, Kona Ranch, Canyon Creek, Hellgate Meadows, Potter Park and areas serving Hellgate School District.
The school is doing some work by the baseball field and I'm wondering if this is an access road to 44 Ranch subdivision. The road exists but needs improvement to satisfy public transportation. I'm sure this is because the bottleneck of traffic at Mullan and Flynn.
Everyone wants to know what their home is worth. Your home is worth more than it's ever been. Period. Unless you have let your property go down the tubes your house is ABSOLUTELY worth more than when you bought it, even if you purchased last year!
